This is my second vehicle I purchased from the Pre-owned Dept at Crown Kia. I have worked with sales manager Mike and salesman Chris for both purchases and had a great experience both times. I felt that I was valued as a return client. Naveed in finance, made the process quick and painless and stopped to explain when I had questions. John was very efficient in having his crew locate the problem and had the problem fixed within a short period of time, As usual John Heil was friendly, showed good customer service, and kept me updated during the repair. I can always rely on getting things properly taken care of with John Heil at Crown. That is why I travel from Tampa to St, Petersburg for auto service. More

Amazing service! I have been in the market for a car, and the first place I went to was crown Kia. Michael Clark and Ryan Smith went above and beyond with finding a ca I have been in the market for a car, and the first place I went to was crown Kia. Michael Clark and Ryan Smith went above and beyond with finding a car for me. They located a car that was in my price range and made sure I was taken care of. I told them which type of car I was looking at (hatchback) and they hit the nail on the head. With this virus going on, I was able to do most of the deal electronically. This was great to help promote social distancing and everyone was so adamite about keeping a safe distance and everything extremely clean. I have received so many compliments on my new car and tell them crown Kia is where I got it!! They take care of you like you are part of the family and make sure everything is perfect!!! Thank you so much for making this experience less stressful and a breeze! More
