Since the first day (3 months ago) of trying to buy a vehicle I was told that they had 4 of the same vehicle in stock, I did my app over the phone and was approved but then got to the location all to be vehicle I was told that they had 4 of the same vehicle in stock, I did my app over the phone and was approved but then got to the location all to be told they had 0 of the vehicle I inquired. I got the run around and everyone was playing the blame game and not taking responsibility. That day I was in the location for 6 hours! I ended up ordering the vehicle I wanted, paid my down payment and was told it would be here in 2 weeks, well guess what.. Never got it. Over a month later I received a call that I wasn't approved and that they can get me i to another vehicle. I went to get my down payment refunded and the very next day I got a call saying they actually did get ne approved and would have to put down payment back down. Fast forward another month later I get a text saying my vehicle is here and ready for pick up on 8/4/23 all for me to call and it's NOT what I ordered nor the model or color of the vehicle I ordered. The salesman Brad that I was working with said another salesman actually gave him the wrong keys and that my vehicle qas actually there and he would give me a call today 8/7/23 to let me know whats going on for me to pick up the vehicle. I never received a call so I called to my sales guy a few times, no answer. I called sales office and was put on hold for 20 mins by rep name Diane. When she got back on the phone she was laughing saying she's trying to figure out whats going on and where the vehicle was in the process then she placed me on hold again. The 2nd time she came back on the line she said it looks like they ordered the wrong vehicle but they reordered the correct vehicle today. What!?!?! How do they reorder a vehicle I've been waiting months for without calling to advise me whats going on, then to reorder a vehicle holding my down payment again without my permission. If I could give 0 stars I would. Oh and not to mention my very first time there the manager ran my card for double my down payment without my permission. I've turned down multiple car places thats called me because I already had a down payment paid with hubler. They have causes major inconveniences. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go through them for a vehicle. This is the worst experience I've ever had to go through while doing business with a known major company. At this point I'm thinking about getting an attorney. More
