Horrible service took my car for a recall and ended up with a scratch. The manager in charge didn't do anything about it don't recommend next time don't let your oversized employees drive a coupe car and with a scratch. They didn't tell me that the car was wrecked before, I discovered it only because after buy the car I had engine problems instantly on the next day, then i brought the car to a mechanic. I spent more than discovered it only because after buy the car I had engine problems instantly on the next day, then i brought the car to a mechanic. I spent more than 1.000 dollars there and the engine still have the problem. The worst part is that I was deceived, the problem only appears with the cold car and clearly they heated up the engine before I arrived to look like the car had no problems. I'm not thinking about suing Ford yet, but I need to remind you that selling a crashed car without warning that the car was hit is a crime, you should have warned me by law. More
