Deceitful Business Practices On 2 separate occasions I got lower quotes for Honda vehicles, one for an HRV in 2017 for what was Robertson Honda in North Hollywood and another for On 2 separate occasions I got lower quotes for Honda vehicles, one for an HRV in 2017 for what was Robertson Honda in North Hollywood and another for a Civic 2020 from Woodland Hills Honda. Both quotes were at least $2k less than Galpin. Both times, the 2nd of which being Michael, I go the usual song and dance that the competing quotes were leaving out crucial information or accessories. Both times, I had no problems with the "other" dealerships honoring their documented prices. Thus, buyer beware. More

Great experience, but six hours is too long! Michael Fogelman quickly and professionally responded to my online price match request during a very busy time for them (Honda day sales). His offer was clear and he answered the questions that I provided that most other dealers weren’t willing to answer. Keith Swoger took over once I got there and was thoroughly professional and provided me with as much information as I needed. He was also very pleasant to hang out with while I waited for my papers to be processed. Veronica was also a pleasure to be around and helped me to get through all the paperwork with little problem. My only complaint is that this whole process took almost 6 hours from the time I got there to the time that I left, and I was even paying in cash! More

A friend connected me with Mike Fogelman and I had a beautiful 2018 Honda Civic coupe in two days! No games no tricks! I’m a nurse so not that Savy in anything but. Michael worked with me and far exceeded all other numbers given to me. He spent a lot of time with me, very patient dealing with a woman who knows or should I say knew virtually nothing about cars and the new technology.
