I would like to just say this, Plant Nissan is way better than the dealership on W. Sahara. I made my appointment on my phone the day before and they took it right away. Zackary was very professional and ask than the dealership on W. Sahara. I made my appointment on my phone the day before and they took it right away. Zackary was very professional and asked me what I was there for. I explained that it was a new vehicle and my service light came on for my 2nd oil change and another for my tires- which I assume was to rotate them. I told him I had the prepaid maintenance service and the hazard package. Zackary said OK and asked if I needed a ride. I didn't get any hassles about anything for my car like I did at the Sahara office where I bought it cash. Keep up the very nice work Zackary, I'll be back for all my service needs there because of you. Thank you More

Disappointed on this scheduled appointment. I barely spoke to my service advisor. Maybe I was disappointed because Heath Marquette was no longer there. I wasn’t offered a court car wash & my I barely spoke to my service advisor. Maybe I was disappointed because Heath Marquette was no longer there. I wasn’t offered a court car wash & my beige steering wheel cover has grease stains all over it. Also, I wasn’t offered a renewal for the 3 oil changes for $50. I spent $300 this time & I have always spent more than just the oil changes in the past. So much for keeping customers satisfied. Is there new owner???? I have no idea who the people listed below in Service Dept ??? More
