We had some idea about what we wanted but were interested in having someone who knew more about vehicles in general share their expertise. When we got to the dealership and we started asking questions to Michael, he was open and honest and chose to direct us to Rick because he felt that Rick had the expertise necessary to help us better. Rick was incredible! We came away feeling like we had a better idea about what our options were and what would be a good fit for us, and we felt respected and valued by everyone at the dealership, especially Michael, who was thoughtful enough to get us to an appropriate sales representative. It was by far the best experience we've had at a dealership, and when the time comes we will be heading back! More

I felt very comfortabl making my car purchase at this dealer I have been shopping around for a used car and here I felt comfortable and not rushed into making my decision. Without asking I was handed the carfax I have been shopping around for a used car and here I felt comfortable and not rushed into making my decision. Without asking I was handed the carfax and what maintenance work the dealership provided for the car when they came into possession of the vehicle. All of my questions were answered in an easy to understand way and if they did not know the answer they went and found someone who could answer it for me. Overall a great dealership to trust and visit. More
