Craig is the One to See! When we started looking for a new car, we looked online and started receiving messages from different dealerships, Craig was one of the ones who reach When we started looking for a new car, we looked online and started receiving messages from different dealerships, Craig was one of the ones who reached out. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Then shared that he had one particular vehicle would fit all our needs. Then he asked us to stop by & just look. Many others reached out, they were friendly but not as dynamic as Craig. He apologized after first 2 times if he was bothering me, but really felt like this vehicle was right for us and a really great deal. He was right, it was awesome! But we felt we couldn't afford the payments, and he and his manager found another vehicle for us that meet our requirements, it didn't have all the bells and whistles but it had everything we required and met our budget. I thought I wanted the other vehicle at first. Then we got our Flex, which I didn't think I wanted, but now love. I have some physical handicaps and the Flex was exactly what I needed and fits our needs. Thank YOU, Craig, Paul, Daniel & all those at Metro Ford, who helped us find and purchase the perfect vehicle for us. Debbie Soar More
