Awesome experience from start to finish! Alexandra was my sales rep and Mike was the sales manager. They were both aces! Mike went above and beyond with sealing the deal. I am 55 and have hated the car buying experience my entire life. In particular, I really dislike car salesman and have 0 tolerance for their xxxxxxxx…they treat me like I am a moron who doesn’t underst entire life. In particular, I really dislike car salesman and have 0 tolerance for their xxxxxxxx…they treat me like I am a moron who doesn’t understand the game…then came along Terry Glattman, who single-handedly changed my perspective on the car buying experience. From our first touch point on the phone to when we signed on the dotted line for our 2021 Mini, Terry was not only a consummate professional, but he was also a consummate gentleman in every way…a few words to describe our impressions of Terry…laid back, funny, honest, authentic, acutely knowledgeable, patient, understanding…when you have that kind of experience, you leave feeling like you were treated like a human being and not a commercial target…that’s how you build relationships and brand loyalty and Terry is an exemplar.Thaks again Terry! And separately, the sales manager (forgot name) and finance guy Sean were superb as well…Mini of Ramsey top to bottom is ‘aces’ in my book! Highly, highly recommend. Thank you guys!!! More
