The Beechmont Ford financing staff and the sales person, Mike Jackson, worked together with me to reach an agreement that I was comfortable with in leasing my new F-150 truck. I had been to a couple of different dealers prior to visiting Beechmont Ford and all treated me as if they didn't care if I bought from them or not. This was definitely not the feeling I got from the Beechmont Ford staff. Mike did everything possible to ensure I was happy with the deal as presented and with the truck I was purchasing. After the paper work was finalized, Mike setup the Sync account and once the truck was ready for delivery, helped my wife and I gather our personal belongings from our old vehicle and transferred them to the new vehicle. Mike then demonstrated all the features of the truck and the Sync technology. Lastly, I had to bring the truck back to have a bed liner installed and Mike saw to it that I was not inconvenienced in any way and provided a rental car while the truck was in the possession of Beechmont Ford for the installation. More

I only had my 2009 ford focus for 2.5 years, and I went to the dealership, and talk with my sales person Micheal Jackson which I consider a good friend to me at this point. Later on that night he called me to bring some documents in so saturday morning I brought what he ask and just a little while they said that they could get me in a ranger for only 20$ more monthly, and no down payment. When I went to sign the papers they also was able to include warrenty and gap insurance for the same monthly. This dealership and sales department are the best they all ways keep working for you even when you drive off the lot Micheal will always get my buisness and my referals. They are the best in the city. Thankyou once again MR. Jackson I will see you in three years when my wife is ready for a new car. Thankyou Beechmont ford for treating me with respect, and all ways being honest with me. More

Great sales experience. We bought 2 vehicles in the same day. Mike made the entire process quick and painless.
