Quick, friendly, comfortable My new Subaru (750 miles) had a rear gate that wouldn't open. The dealer was able to take it in the next day and it was out in a couple of hours, fixe My new Subaru (750 miles) had a rear gate that wouldn't open. The dealer was able to take it in the next day and it was out in a couple of hours, fixed and with a thorough explanation of what was wrong. Nice waiting room , too More

Total Redemption My first experience with Lithia was to say the least...disappointing. I had a 9:30 appointment and by 11:30 my car hadn't even been looked at. They My first experience with Lithia was to say the least...disappointing. I had a 9:30 appointment and by 11:30 my car hadn't even been looked at. They explained that the cashier had overbooked appointments for that day, 10/21/17. I thought "I'm never coming back here again". Needless to say I did return the following Saturday 10/28/17, I signed in with the same service rep Michael Jepson and I really feel like he made a point of getting me taken care of ASAP because of my previous visit. I only needed the service department to figure out what part I need for my problem; so as far as the actual repair I can't speak to that until it's done. I can say that Michael Jepson presented himself as a very courteous, and professional employee. More
