Michael is a highly professional sales rep who was courteous, patient, and very respectable to us , without any high-pressure sales tactics. He has extensive knowledge of the vehicles he sells and demonstrated that in our introductory exploration of our initial interests in specific models, during our test drives with 2 drivers, and especially during our actual tutorials on “our” X3, even offering future additional tutoring sessions if needed. He’s actually a very good teacher and provided explicit instruction on the driving and technical aspects of the car. Buying a car is always a big decision for us but Michael helped make it an easier process by his courtesy and customer-first attitude! More
