My car was called in for a recall to the door. The service department was very helpful and friendly. They fixed the problem and am very satisfied. Everyone was professional and helpful. My truck was ready in the time that they told me. They went over everything that I should do at my next appointment and told me my truck was safe. I gave this review a 3 because I received good service previously, but this last visit is actually a one. The issue was not resolved after keeping my truck for three days with minimal communication. I was previously, but this last visit is actually a one. The issue was not resolved after keeping my truck for three days with minimal communication. I was charged for diagnosis and the truck exhibited the symptoms as I pulled out of their driveway. This should be a warranty repair, but I am taking the truck to a local shop that I trust. The aggravation isn’t worth it, even if it’s free. Something has changed here, too bad. Used to be a good dealer. More

I called in the morning. They told me bring it in at 10 o’clock for an oil change was great after it was completed. They gave me a list that should be done. I thought it was a little high and I took it too St. Lucie battery and tire. They were gonna do everything less than half the price. Another thing I didn’t really agree with is when the gentleman told me next time I come in for an oil change that I might need back pads, which is not a problem then he said you might need rotors because living in Florida the solid air my answer was I bought the car seven months ago in New Jersey I would like to deal with your dealership but not at this time thank you for your concern More
