I thought the doc fee of $400 was a ripoff. Since you wouldn’t negotiate the price of the car , they’re was no reason for a doc fee. The coupons I received for oil changes and tire rotations were useless since what you charge for an oil change exceeds the face value of the coupon. I can get my oil changes done cheaper elsewhere and I have. My trade in was appraised at Dave Mugenast Honda at $11,000 and you would only give me $10,000 for my van. So all in all I was disappointed in my experience. The salesman was nice but the experience could’ve been better. More

I net 2024 Lexus ES350 Purchase I bought a 2024 Lexus ES350 from Mungenast Lexus Dealership... it was really a fantastic car buying experience! I wasn't expecting the buying process to be smooth and pressure free experience. Most of the times, the car buying process is something many people hate to go through. This time with Mike Medlin and Mungenast, the buying process was easy and breeze! I started to communicate with Mike Medlin (Sale consultant) several days in advance of the walk in visit via e-mails and texts to get the designated vehicle's specifications. Finally, in early December 2023 we went to Mungenast dealership and met Mike to go over the vehicle’s specifications. My sons and I test drove couple vehicles (RX 350 and ES350) but we chose ES350 per family’s preferred specifications. Eventually, on 2nd January 2024 we completed the sale process and drove home in a brand new Lexus ES350. Wouldn’t have been happier more than that. From the get go the buying process was transparent, friendly, and professional. Me and Mike went back and forth with Sale Manager to get the final agreeable purchase price. All I can say is to thank both Mike and Sale Manager for their professionalism and patiently handling of my counter offers. The purchasing process can't be any better. Eventually, I would like to thank Robert (Financial) for his professional handling of the paperwork's. If you're looking for new vehicle, I am really recommending you to see Mike Medlin at Dave Mungenast Lexus first before you make the final decision to buy another car. The negotiated price is really reasonable and the lowest I could get taking into consideration the supply chain issues. Finally, I couldn't have been happier with a low pressure, hassle free of car buying experience. Thank you Mike for your professionalism, patience and expertise. More

He was respectful of my budget, knowledgable about the car I was interested in and did not put any pressure on me whatsoever. The day I picked up the car, other members of the team were extremely helpful with providing important information about additional purchasing options, but again with no pressure. One of the team members showed me how to use a variety of features on the car and answered a bunch of questions I had. The Lexus NX 300 is the first Lexus I’ve ever owned, but it won’t be the last, I absolutely Love it! More
