What a relief! This is the first time I can say I had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. I have always hated the impending tension of high pressure sales an This is the first time I can say I had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. I have always hated the impending tension of high pressure sales and the feeling of uneasiness about what I'm buying that comes with that tactic. North End Motors seems to foster an environment where making a sale means the customer's needs were met. I worked with Mike Morris who was knowledgeable and friendly. The test drive was comfortable, filled with talk about the car and the dealership, but also family and other fun life topics, and Mike continually included my 10 year old son in the conversation. I had planned on traveling to test drive other vehicles over the next several days, knowing exactly what kind I wanted. However, after the positive experience here with this representative, I couldn't bring myself to deal with the aforementioned tension and high pressure elsewhere. I signed the papers that evening! Due to North End Motors and Mike's continued great service, I was able to pick up my vehicle the very next day with my insurance and plates transferred, the car registered, inspected, and detailed again. I cannot imagine any reason I would purchase my next vehicle elsewhere. This was the most pleasant car buying experience and I ended up with exactly what I wanted! More
