Excellent customer service and staff were knowledgeable. I went to the dealership, from out of town, to inquire about a specific vehicle with 2 of my retired military friends. I live in the State of Delawar I went to the dealership, from out of town, to inquire about a specific vehicle with 2 of my retired military friends. I live in the State of Delaware and travelled a great distance to come to Honda World, Louisville, Kentucky, Honda dealership. I have heard great things about this dealership from both of my friends who live within 30 miles of Louisville. I was exceptionally treated as a valued customer as soon as I walked in the door. I was then treated with the utmost courtesy, respect + the dealership staff that I met that evening went above and beyond to negotiate the cost of my 2019 Honda Insight. I truly give this dealership a 5 star rating for their professionalism, excellent customer service skills, caring attitude, outstanding treatment, and finally, a truly terrific car buying experience. Sales / Buying Experience A job well done; beautiful lady inside and out. She never gave up on trying to keep us interested in the car I truly loved. I wasn’t sure if I would get it or not; but she kept trying to get my husband and her superior to agree on a price that was satisfactory for the buyer and the dealership. I appreciate her going to bat for us because she knew how much I wanted that exact car. We have bought our last three Honda’s at Swope/Honda World and that will never change. She is a special person who I am sure has to meet quota’s but she gave it her all. I also thank the manager who gave the “OK”. Honda World is a great dealership and the always have been which is WHY I keep coming back. Kudos to Honda World for granting my sales lady permission to accept a price. which gave me my dream car!!! More

Buyer beware Be careful if you are interested in buying a used car. Most of them are ‘as is’. And less than 24 hours after I purchased a vehicle the engine light c Be careful if you are interested in buying a used car. Most of them are ‘as is’. And less than 24 hours after I purchased a vehicle the engine light came on and I took it back and their experts said the transmission went out. Although the manager felt bad for us they wouldn’t fix the car for us for free, or even at a discount, and gave us paperwork saying it needed $4800 in repairs. so while legally they did not have to help us, the manager Mr. Kelly wouldn’t help at all. I’ll sum up the review with this, if you see someone dying on the side of the road, you aren’t legally required to help them, what would you do? Their advertising budget is probably $50,000 a month and they couldn’t help a customer who bought a used Honda Odyssey and it broke down the next day! More
