I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Orange Buick GMC at 3883 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32808, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. My ordeal began on November 28th of Orange Buick GMC at 3883 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32808, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. My ordeal began on November 28th of 2023 when I brought my vehicle in for service. Soon after, they informed me that my transmission was broken and a part needed to be ordered, reassuring me that everything was covered under warranty. However, this was just the beginning of a long and arduous journey. Weeks went by with no progress. When I followed up with my service advisor, I was told that the necessary parts were not available and they provided me with a loaner vehicle. This would have been fine if the loaner hadn't been significantly smaller than my pickup truck, which I rely on for work. As December rolled around, I was promised that my vehicle would be ready by the end of the week. Yet, when I reached out for updates, I was met with silence. Eventually, the service manager, Glenn, reached out to explain that the individual handling my vehicle had been fired, apologizing for the delays. Three months had passed by this point, and I insisted on a larger loaner vehicle. Although they complied, they couldn't provide any concrete information on when my vehicle would be ready. It was another three months before they finally informed me that the parts had arrived and my vehicle would be ready within a few days. Unfortunately, I was out of town when they contacted me, and I explained that I couldn't pick up my vehicle immediately. That's when Mike Richardson from Fixed Operations Structure called, threatening to charge me $50 per day if I didn't return the loaner vehicle that day. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Orange Buick GMC. Not only did it take them over six months to fix my vehicle, but their communication was abysmal, and their treatment of customers lacking in empathy. It's unacceptable to rush customers into inconvenient situations and then threaten them with financial penalties when they can't immediately comply. More

Worst service center i have ever utilized in my 60 years of doing business, took my car in for service was quoted 2850 to fix , approved to do so, problem still exist, was informed to take my vehicle elsewh of doing business, took my car in for service was quoted 2850 to fix , approved to do so, problem still exist, was informed to take my vehicle elsewhere to have it fixed....
