If I could give less than one star, I would. Treated great until we actually paid for the car. We paid $30K for a 2023 GMC Terrain with just over 17,000 miles on the odometer, "creampuff" as M Treated great until we actually paid for the car. We paid $30K for a 2023 GMC Terrain with just over 17,000 miles on the odometer, "creampuff" as Michael Shearer stated, no damage, no dings, nothing. We asked if there was room in the price to negotiate, he stated there wasn't, as it was a beautiful vehicle. We purchased the car on 3/11/2024 from our home state of Tennessee and had the car shipped to us. The car was picked up late evening on 3/14/2024, and was dropped off four days later late 3/18/2024, evening to our home. The vehicle was taken the car wash a day later, only to find numerous "touch up painted areas" on the vehicle, as well as an accident with the front bumper, driver's side, which was never disclosed. I texted Michael Shearer the pictures, and radio silence. Spoke with Mike Krupski, Sales manager and he said there was "nothing they would do for us, it was a used vehicle, get over it. I only called you back as a courtesy". We took it to our local auto body shop and there is $4300 worth of damage to the vehicle which includes replacement of the front bumper, which was damaged by an unreported accident and repainted with touch-up paint. This does not fit with their claim on their website that every used vehicle will that has less than 75,000 miles will “have a clean title and pass a thorough 172-point inspection”. How could this have been missed if they did that kind of inspection? To make matters worse, now 61 days after the purchase of the vehicle, the paper tag has run out along with the temporary registration, as the title clerk used the Dealer Stamp instead of notarizing the title and it was rejected by the state of Tennessee and returned for correction. This was returned to the dealership on 3/27/2024. I attempted to call the dealership and speak with the general manager, John Brady, leaving two messages. No response. I called a third time and John had gone home and Mike Krupski stated they were doing absolutely nothing for us, as "you went through every channel to trash our reputation. We aren’t helping you." and said, "have a nice day" and hung up the phone. I called again to see if there was anyone at the dealership that was above Mike K and was told no and to have a nice day and again, was hung up on. Unfortunately, Mr. Krupski was incorrect in that we were trashing their reputation, the reviews all over social media are doing it, but only because they are true reviews. The dealership doesn't care about you, only about selling vehicles, there is nothing after they receive their money. I spoke with GMC regarding this, and they are going to take it up with the dealership, as I have been a loyal customer since 1978. They were not pleased when I told them if this cannot be rectified to my satisfaction, I will never buy another GM car. More

What a poor experience we had with them. We bought from out of state and were told we were buying a car in pristine condition. When it arrived to us in Tennessee, there were numerous areas of touchup paint, which were not disclosed nor when we asked the salesman, he said there were no issues with anything with the vehicle. When we asked them to fix it, their response was "as is" and it was priced below market. $30,000 for a used car with 17000 miles is below market. They would not deviate from the price of the vehicle because it was in such great condition. People, run from this dealership, they want your cash and they don't care about you after the sale. More

Took 4 hrs to do the paperwork. traded my car in with 180k miles on it saying it's an auction car they don't put them on the lot gave me $1500 for it. Then get a phone call the the credit card wasn't working that day but I got a receipt at the time of sale. I gave them a card over the phone out of good faith. Now I am getting a phone call about a mileage discrepancy on the title and I need to come back down and get the car re-inspected. Absolutely the worst place I have ever purchased a vehicle. This place is so unorganized stay away. More
