Over the many years I have been driving, I have bought many cars through private sales and dealerships. I’ve dealt with numerous sales personnel, left dealerships angry, dealt with difficult people, and h many cars through private sales and dealerships. I’ve dealt with numerous sales personnel, left dealerships angry, dealt with difficult people, and have gone through the full gambit of a new car purchase. I must say that my experience with Ford Lincoln of Columbia was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. I would like to specifically mention Mike Smith, he is a salesman that I was working with to purchase a vehicle. This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. There were no typical “ Let me ask my manager” scenarios going on at all. We began to sale online, then spoke on the phone, and when I came into the dealership, everything was ready to go. Being the impatient person that I am, I didn’t have to wait for anything. I basically signed the paperwork and drove away. I would also like to show my appreciation to Ryan Davis in the finance department for making this such an easy transaction They also gave me what I was asking for my trade with no hassle. I can guarantee that the next time I buy a vehicle, I will be calling Mike! I would just like to thank the Ford dealership for making this a great buying experience. I dropped my car off for service because the was have issue with starting. Not knowing I had to replace the air mass sensor, catalytic converter, and engine. I was placed in a loaner which I later on dis issue with starting. Not knowing I had to replace the air mass sensor, catalytic converter, and engine. I was placed in a loaner which I later on discovered would be the car I winded up purchasing. Thank you Steve Dohoney in finance and Mike Smith for assisting me with my purchase. I was able to get my first brand-new car, which was a 2023 Ford Escape. I was offered an amazing deal I could not pass up. More
