He spent a lot of time with us driving different vehicles from new to used to determine what would be the perfect car for our daughter. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Mini models. We also dealt with both Santos and Michael in negotiating the final deal on the 2017 Mini Clubman S. Both were professional and straight forward. We worked with AJ Clarke on the financing. She was very helpful and even took the extra time to explain financing to our 17 year old daughter. We felt it was time to make a change, and my wife wanted a new mini convertible. Sarah, and the other people we dealt with at the dealership were excellent and Could not have been more helpful. I was told that Mini will not give me the $500 loyalty ownership discount unless I were to finance the vehicle. I wanted to write a check, which I did but was not allowed a loyalty discount. This makes absolutely no sense to me, and I am not very happy about this since we have been loyal owners, and recommended minis to Numerous friends and family. Other than that one glitch, I was extremely happy with the handling, and sale of the vehicle. More

No pressure sales tactics at Ferman Mini and Michael the Sales Manger worked with Ryan and I to make a deal possible without any pressure or hidden surprises, just fair and open communication absent the non-sense one may experience at other dealerships! Ryan, Michael and Ferman Mini will truly take all the time customer requires to have a full understanding of the Mini, and Ryan and Michael are willing to put in any effort necessary with no pressure to give the customer the best possible experience and opportunity to own or lease a Mini! The Mini broke down and had it towed to Ferman and after 4000 in repairs, the car drove great, but 3 to 4 months later the timing changed broke causing more problems. After taking it back to Ferman a bigger bill. Service, sales and Mike the GSM saw I was very upset and tried to help. Well they did, being on disability they did what it took to get me a new Mini 16 with warranty. Thank you so much staff, you are family now More

New car is un-expected brand (Mini) but Derek knew what we wanted and helped us into a great new Red Countryman. Michael the Sales Manager was excellent to work with and helped make my wifes dream come true. We moved over 30 miles away but Ferman was the dealer that we came back to. Other Mini dealer is 5 minutes away in Wesley Chapel and do not waste your time going there. Poor representation for a Mini Dealer.... thanks Derek..... More

Quality people from sales associate, to sales manager, finance director and service manager. And, the MINI product is so exciting and the driving experience one-of-a-kind. Sara Griffith is a star sales person. Great people skills, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the MINI brand, patient and helpful in answering questions and providing information. She also gave us an exhilarating warm-up test ride and volunteered to drive our new vehicle to our home in Sarasota to spare us another trip to Clearwater area. We look forward to working with her again on another exciting MINI purchase in the future. More
