Excellent customer service I contacted Mike Howard on CarGurus and scheduled a time for a test drive of a 2013 Volvo S50 T5 AWD. Despite the fact that Infiniti of Norwood is no I contacted Mike Howard on CarGurus and scheduled a time for a test drive of a 2013 Volvo S50 T5 AWD. Despite the fact that Infiniti of Norwood is not a Volvo dealer, the car was well prepped and in very good condition. After a test drive, I noted a vibration around the care, and it seemed the tires needed balancing, rims were bent or the alignment was off. We made a fair offer and it was accepted. The car was impeccable upon delivery and I took a second test drive and found the car to be in acceptable shape. I will keep an eye on the road vibration but have a 60-day used car warranty so I am sure the dealer and Mike will take care of it if there are issues. More

Real professionals and a surprisingly pleasant experience. After visiting other dealerships I went to Infinity of Norwood and the difference was night and day. My friend recommended seeing "Big Mike" Mike Howa After visiting other dealerships I went to Infinity of Norwood and the difference was night and day. My friend recommended seeing "Big Mike" Mike Howard and right away I knew why. He is not the usual high pressure sales rep but a true professional sales person. He took the time to hear our wants in a car and then educated us first about the Infiniti models. Next he showed us what would fit our needs, not the usual bait and switch. He spent the time with my wife to make sure all of her concerns were taken care of. I had spent the past 30 years in sales selling big ticket items and also managed several dealers in New England so I explained this to Mike and he understood so when the time had come to make the deal we cut to the chase and everything went quickly with very little back and forth, which is the way it should be. I feel that we both made out well, he sold me a car and got a customer that would definitely come back and also recommend him highly and I was happy with the deal. The follow up after the hand-shake so far is superb. You cannot ask for more and I actually enjoyed the buying experience. More
