Great truck, great deal, from a great bunch! Recently picked up a lightly used 2500 Power Wagon, dealt with Jeremiah B., Michael T., and someone in finance that is not listed here. My wife and I Recently picked up a lightly used 2500 Power Wagon, dealt with Jeremiah B., Michael T., and someone in finance that is not listed here. My wife and I had came to this dealership a year or more ago looking at Hellcat Chargers, long story short they did not have any in stock and a discussion started over my current truck at the time. Michael was straight up honest with me, we formulated a plan, and went on about our day with no pressure from the Sales staff. Fast forward to July 2020, I found a barely used 2020 Power Wagon and initially had Jeremiah reach out to set up an appointment. We showed up, they appraised my truck, gave me what I wanted without any pushback, and were great about walking through the different features of the truck in and out. This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase my wife and I have ever had, and that says something given all the Covid stuff going on right now. More

Took my truck in for a safety recall , that was taken care of with no problem. Pulling off the lot I seen a Ram that I had been looking for .Mike Gomes helped me out tremendously. With Mike and the rest of the great team at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge ,I drove home with the truck. Called Mike back with a little problem I had it is already taken care of couldn’t ask for better service I’m taking care of my vehicles and selling me a vehicle .. I have a feeling I will be back soon to buy my wife a jeep .great guy thank you Mike for everything More
