Having had in the past at other dealerships experiences which made me very concerned when they told me work had to be done, finding Mike at Luther Nissan Kia in Invergrove Heights, MN was a Huge relief. H which made me very concerned when they told me work had to be done, finding Mike at Luther Nissan Kia in Invergrove Heights, MN was a Huge relief. He is extremely knowledgeable, actually Listens to the customers bringing their cars in for service and then is willing to explain in exact terms what is needed including if it "has" to be done that moment, and if not that moment - when. Being able, particularly in today's economy, to plan therefore for repairs is an Enormous advantage he gives this dealership as it is one not often offered (let alone every time one brings a vehicle in to Mike) very often at any dealership. I can therefore completely Trust what he tells me is needed and leave knowing the Exact condition my vehicle is in which is a Huge asset to that particular dealership - to the point that I have recommended friends bring their cars to him for service they can trust worry-free! More

Second visit to the dealership for routine maintenance. Awesome as the first visit. When you drop off a vehicle, they just work it into their schedule, and they only had one opening left. My ride was only able to drop me off an hour & 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there. Nice surprise when I talked to Mike, the cost was actually less by about $40 than when I booked it online. I got a call that it was done only 15 minutes after I was supposed to have dropped it off initially. My only complaint is that I was told the vehicle would be vacuumed out, but it clearly was not. They did wash it though. All in all, pleased with the service. The staff is always friendly and professional. More

I brought my car in for service work. One of the big "perks" at the dealership is being able to get a loaner car while my car is being serviced. Michael Wagner was my service consultant...extremely friendly and knowledgeable guy while still being professional. He kept me updated on what was going on with my car throughout the repair process. When we purchased our Nissan Murano, THEY found that it had a problem (We had no idea)with the sun shade. We came from Iowa, so they did the work at our convenience, and gave us a loaner car. The two stars in this whole experience are Greg Isham and Igor Tenenbaum. I have been going to Greg for all my vehicle services and he recommended Igor to me. He took my information and gave it to Igor so Igor Tenenbaum. I have been going to Greg for all my vehicle services and he recommended Igor to me. He took my information and gave it to Igor so that when I met Igor, he was prepared. Previous to working with Igor, I had Aaron look at my trade in vehicle and begin the process of working up a deal. Aaron may have lost my phone number as he didn't call me back over a weekend to see if a car was available. So Greg and Igor stepped up and took care of all of my questions and got me the options I wanted. Igor is friendly, VERY knowledgable when it comes to autos, and was very honest with me about everything. THAT is the most important factor as far as I'm concerned. When he did find a car for me, he called me immediately and set up the purchase. He went through every detail with me; helped set up my first oil change, and offered me a variety of other options such as extended warranty, undercoating, etc. Igor was never pushy; always professional and polite. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went home confident in my purchase and that I will continue to do business with this dealership. I give them a FIVE-STAR Rating! More

Mike did a great job of explaining issues and providing options and suggestions. All work was completed as expected and in the time expected. We brought our 2008 Kia Sedona in for a recall part on the sliding door. This part went just fine. The problem is the windshield has an air leak and the Kia Service person told us that the windshield w the sliding door. This part went just fine. The problem is the windshield has an air leak and the Kia Service person told us that the windshield was not an original Kia part and that we must have had the windshield replaced! We bought this vehicle brand new from Luther, never had the winshield replaced, and they want us to prove to them that we never replaced it? They keep records of everything so you would think that they should figure it out. Pretty disturbing if you buy a new vehicle that it should have the OEM glass. More
