I took my 2020 Kia Soul in for recall issues and asked if they could fit in an oil change. Collin was so pleasant and accommodating… not only fit in the oil change, but a car wash to boot! He explained the recall findings and let me know that my tires looked good (I had questioned if it was time to rotate) and would be due next service. This is my 3rd Kia Soul and this dealerships maintenance department is the best!! More

I was a little early for my appointment but they signed me in happily. They told me it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I took a 50 minute walk and when I came back my car was ready in 5 minutes. They did 2 reca me in happily. They told me it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I took a 50 minute walk and when I came back my car was ready in 5 minutes. They did 2 recalls and an oil change and charged me 5 dollars for the oil change. Everyone was very pleasant and I was in and out in an hour. More
