Honestly, an Outstanding Experience I don't think I can describe how positive of an experience I had with D&M in general, and with Mr. Welch specifically. He has been my agent for the last two cars I have gotten and I can't see myself going anywhere else for a new car in the future. My first experience was with a very premium car, one that a few dealerships told me couldn't be had without paying their "market adjustment fee," and a six month delay. A week after I spoke with Mr. Welch he found me the exact car I wanted, without any extra fees, and had it on its way to me. Another week and he got it to me where I lived in Abilene. For the second vehicle, he and the team at D&M found me a great truck and arranged for (and paid for!) my travel back to the DFW area to pick it up. I really don't know how I could ask for more from anyone. I have already passed along Mr. Welch's contact information to friends and family when they were looking for a new vehicle and would happily do the same for anyone else looking. Truly outstanding service, I cannot recommend anyone else to come close to the service I have received. More

The absolute very best in the automobile business! I truly detest going into ANY car dealership. How many hours have we all collectively spent for the "best deal" while some guy goes back and forth wi I truly detest going into ANY car dealership. How many hours have we all collectively spent for the "best deal" while some guy goes back and forth with a piece of paper while we sit in an uncomfortable chair, the pungent aroma of burnt coffee, ear deafening loud speakers, finally for some guy in a logo golf shirt, bathed in cologne trying to beat us down on some option or price. So, as an avid listener to the miscreants at the TICKET in Dallas, hearing the D and M ad so many times I was moved by the voices to contact D and M. Wow, I have bought BMW's Mercedes, Cadillac's and all I can say is that D and M is truly the best I could ever imagine. Mike Welch, handled our entire deal, delivered the car, full tank of gas, a perfect 2015 GMC Yukon Denali, Loaded even had the Mav's theme song playing, (not really, but it sounds good) Mike delivered the contract, paperwork and actually answered phone calls, (another first with dealerships). Based upon our experience with Mike, our business leased four additional vehicles through the commercial division, Jerry Haddad is our "go to guy" now. D and M will restore your faith in the fact that being a customer actually does matter in 2015, D and M is personal professional and found the absolute best deal possible and I never had to make the trek to the dealership. Thank you again for your hard work, professionalism and making a customer feel great about their purchase. More

No anxiety and Great Experience! Mike was great to work with from the first time I contacted him. He met us on Saturday at the warehouse and was very patient with my wife and I as we Mike was great to work with from the first time I contacted him. Mike walked us through the pros and cons considering a D&M lease the leasing difference with D&M, the competitive pricing and focus on customer service. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We also reached out to Mike again and he helped us get our Daughter into a safe and reliable vehicle and at a great price. Mike's customer service and attention to detail and willingness to help was great and our best vehicle transaction we've every experienced. Highly recommend getting in touch with Mike. Mike Welch made the purchase process incredibly easy and efficient. Additionally, he was able to negotiate favorable financing terms for my purchase.
