I found it satisfying to do business with Jackson Acura. Michael was easy to work with on the transaction. He disclosed a couple of scratches on the back bumper that were overlooked in the detailing durin Michael was easy to work with on the transaction. He disclosed a couple of scratches on the back bumper that were overlooked in the detailing during the certification process before we arrived and was able to knock off an agreeable amount to make it right. He answered our questions and treated like one would want to be treated. I would recommend doing business with Michael and Jackson Acura to anybody looking for an Acura product. More

Ive taken my older Acura here for service (because I worked close by) but today I had an opportunity to purchase my latest Acura from and outstanding sales professional (Michael Wiest). I explained I was working with another Dealership and even though I’ve purchased 3 cars from them they didn’t seem to want to try to satisfied a loyal customer. So it appears I have a new Dealership to purchase my Acuras. I fully intend on referring as many people here as I can. Like I shared with Mr Wiest, I’ve worked for companies for years, married for 44 years so I’m loyal to whomever I’m working with, so I look forward to working with Michal and Jackson Acura for as long as I can.
