After a brief conversation with the sales representative I drove to the dealership. Before arriving we had a conversation about the price of the vehicle I was inquiring about, when I got there I was then to I drove to the dealership. Before arriving we had a conversation about the price of the vehicle I was inquiring about, when I got there I was then told it was $1000 more than our conversation. I felt deceived and wished I had been informed of this prior. When I called management to inquire they asked if I was still interested in the vehicle. I said yes we discussed a reasonable price with a mutual understanding. I asked for an email sent to me in regards to the conversation along with the Carfax so I could look at it. Nothing ever came. I left an email with this person in regards to our conversation and still received nothing in return. More

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My salesperson Michael was easy going and pressure free made the car buying experience very enjoyable. Overall a great experience. Five stars. I purchased a car from Michael and could not say enough good things. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with no pressure.
