Different, but it works I hate buying cars because of salesman, it always feels like a game, and I hate to lose and it's obvious they don't like to lose either. However, this I hate buying cars because of salesman, it always feels like a game, and I hate to lose and it's obvious they don't like to lose either. However, this was the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever made in my life(#7). No games, no hassle. Literally, you find the car or cars that you like; they give you the keys; you drive and check them out by yourself; the price marked is the price, so you decide if it's a good deal. You go in like I did and say, "I'm ready to buy"; you meet with the salesman; he shows you the price, carfax, answers any questions, tells you the sales tax, adds the $199 processing fee(more at other places, trust me), and "offers" you an extended warranty. You pay for your car, they give you the keys, and you ride off into Tree City USA. The only thing I would recommend is to raise the standard for their detail service and increase the hospitality of the "runners." I'm from the South, so expect a hello, quick smile, hand thrown up, or nod. However, neither were deal breakers. More

I've search and compared cars at other dealerships for many years but never could find a reasonable car at a reasonable price. My new best friend Car Gurus directed me to DonohooAuto and I can't thank them enough. I found a nice 6 year old used car that was still under factory warranty due to extreme low mileage. I went in to text drive the car and finally made my decision two day's latter to purchase the car. The sales team was not pushy and the front desk team was very nice and attentive. I will definitely go back and I will definitely recommend others to visit DonohooAuto. More

Straight forward, easy buying experience. I bought a 2014 Acura ILX and am very happy with the purchase. There was no pestering or harassing like I've experienced at other dealerships. Jim was straight forward, treated me with respect, and even gave me what I thought was fair on my trade in without having to try and negotiate. My only issue with my car was a scuffed up rim, but Jimmy Burns and his crew made it look as good as new when I bought it. I would recommend Donohoo Auto. More

So easy!!! I HATE the car buying process. Seriously. We had no idea what to expect when coming here and honestly just thought it would be your typical car deal I HATE the car buying process. Seriously. We had no idea what to expect when coming here and honestly just thought it would be your typical car dealership. We drove 3 hours to test drive a car we saw online. The moment we walked in we realized this wasn't going to be the typical car buying experience. Everything was so easy and definitely hassle free! No pressure at all! The car was priced where we wanted and they even gave us more than we expected on our trade in. There were a ton of people there, and now we know why. I would definitely recommend Donohoo to others and would definitely do business here again! Thanks for a painless/stress free experience! It may even change my opinion on the car buying process. Our salesmen, Mo and Eric, were friendly and great with our kids. Tina and Michelle were quick to get credit approval. We were in and out in no time at all.
