**Update - I was contacted finally to get my radio system looked at. The update I paid for did not fix the problem. I was advised that I need to replace it and it was not cheap. I appreciate the effort but t looked at. The update I paid for did not fix the problem. I was advised that I need to replace it and it was not cheap. I appreciate the effort but the charges for it is outrageous. $912.00 to replace my radio I don’t think labor is included. I suggest a smaller mom and pops garage can probably do the job cheaper. I am a little disappointed with that. Oh well Rob was very helpful, communicative and detailed with his work. I would like to give 5 star however my Uconnect is still not fixed. I been trying to reach someone to reschedule but no response. Can someone contact me back? More

This was my first trip into the Service Dept. I was treated with respect and a big smile. The problem is somewhat elusive but they did a extensive search to find the correct solution. The check - in and check out was quick and painless plus the machine was just as clean inside as when I dropped it off. That was always a sore spot with a competitive brand, big name, local dealership that I purchased from in the past. They have my full trust the machine will be repaired 110 % as this Dealership has a long-standing history of satisfaction in Rochester. More
