I grew up in Scranton, PA and was in the oil field for 2 years before moving my family to Birmingham August 2020. My wife and I have been married since 2018, we have 3 little girls with a baby boy on the way due January 2023. My family and I found Hoover extremely welcoming from the start, and I've enjoyed building long lasting relationships as I've helped so many customers through the vehicle buying process these last couple years as a Client Advisor here at Hendrick Chevy. Ethan was fantastic to work with! I was looking at a vehicle at Hendricks Chevy from out of state and Ethan took an amazing video and pictures to send me so I felt like I was in-perso I was looking at a vehicle at Hendricks Chevy from out of state and Ethan took an amazing video and pictures to send me so I felt like I was in-person. When I visited I actually chose a different vehicle than I came there for and Ethan didn’t miss a beat. Just started preparing the documents for the new vehicle and getting my new car ready to drive home! He was very polite and I never felt pressured. I also immediately received notifications to download and sign up for the My Chevy and LoJack apps with I really appreciated those additional details. I would definitely recommend Ethan if you are in the market to buy a used or new car! More
