The 1 and 2 star reviews are dead on. Getting inspection report from the dealership via email is not possible since they want to get you into the dealership. Sales floor is a party atmosphere with very loud music. Sales people (Miguel Pagan) and manager Rick Guzman are not happy and do not genuinely want to help you. I didn't even get to a test drive and glad that I did not go through the sales process. I could only imagine the slimy tactics they would use to pile on unnecessary fees. Stay away and work with a more reputable dealership. More

Miguel Pagan was both professional and jovial to work with. He showed patience, very knowledgeable about my selection and took time to explain things about the car after the signing. Answered all my questions and made my experience less anxious. I would deal with him again and will suggest contacting him to my friends and family if in the market for cars at this dealership. Excellent service! I did not feel rushed at any time. Took my time to find the right vehicle for me. The salesperson (Miguel Pagas) that worked with me was very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Took his time and made me feel very confident and comfortable about the vehicle I was purchasing. Even after hours he stayed by our side, making sure everything was ok. Lawrence the guy in finance was very friendly and made the transition of purchasing a car very easy and smoothly. I recommend Ziegler, this our third time buying a car from there and each time has been a good experience. More
