CardinaleWay made my first car buying experience perfect! I made an appointment with Jake through email, but when I arrived he was tied up with a customer. Melissa greeted me kindly, and introduced me to Darian, who took me around to see cars I was interested in while waiting for Jake. Darian was so knowledgeable and answered all my (many) questions. Once Jake was available he really made me feel like a friend, not a customer. He was helpful, kind, and made the process easy to understand, especially for a first-time buyer. Jake's manager, Mike, and finance manager, Corrie, were phenomenal as well. They took time to talk with me and demonstrated an understanding of my feelings and needs during the interactions I had with them. My expectations were far exceeded by CardinaleWay. (A dealer, which by the way, has received many shiny banners over the last 9 years for their excellent service and sales) I visited several other dealers around the valley over the last week and a half, but Jake and his colleagues were far superior to any other team I interacted with. More
