World- Class Service Mike spoke with me about a year ago, after I made my second car purchased from another Toyota Dealership I wish I would have went with Mike and WC Mike spoke with me about a year ago, after I made my second car purchased from another Toyota Dealership I wish I would have went with Mike and WC Toyota before I made second car purchased. He fast and upfront with this transaction, and saved quite some money. I told him what I was looking for, he made it happen and made me a customer for life. The follow up in the back office was also great making sure that I was completely satisfied it was world-class!! More

Great Dealership and Service Department I was previously a customer of Courtesy Toyota in Brandon but because of bad bad experiences with their service department I decided to try out Wesley I was previously a customer of Courtesy Toyota in Brandon but because of bad bad experiences with their service department I decided to try out Wesley Chapel Toyota. The experience was like night and day. They are kind and friendly and genuinely listen. I worked with Ursla Leota in service and she is knowledgeable, friendly and I believe truly interested in solving my problems and staying in my budget. They gave me a breakdown of the needed repairs, prioritized them in order of importance and gave me a break on the price so as to fit in my budget. We did a lot of work for a reasonable amount of money and I am now on a schedule to come back and do the rest as needed. I felt that she was a trustworthy person and was looking earn my business not just make a sale. While there I ventured out to the sales lot and was assisted by Mike Brockway. I explained to him that my car was in for service and that I may be in the market for a new car due to the possibility of my car needing lots of work.... He was awesome! He took the time to listed to what I needed ( possible truck with crew cab or newer Siena van) and brought me to see the new and used ones available on the lot. He also showed me a few other models that would fit my needs and were in my budget. I could tell he was a genuine person and wanted to sell me car based on my needs and NOT his wallet! I cant tell you how much I appreciated this experience! I truly had knots in my stomach just thinking about having to deal with a car dealer for service or sales. My previous experiences at Courtesy in Brandon really made me a skeptic. Ultimately my husband and I decided to do the repairs on our vehicle and table the car buying for now. I an 100% confident that we will be back to see Mike when we are ready to buy. I also will now make the 25 minute drive out to Wesley Chapel and see Ursla any time I need service (This says alot becuse Courtesy in Brandon is literally 3 minutes from my home!) More

Nice Dealership, Great Service. But, Know Your Car Prices Initially, I came into the dealership on Veteran's Day 2014 for Lexus RX 330 service and to test drive a 2015 Highlander XLE. Service by Ursula (ser Initially, I came into the dealership on Veteran's Day 2014 for Lexus RX 330 service and to test drive a 2015 Highlander XLE. Service by Ursula (service writer) and Kenny (tech.) was outstanding. After some conversation and subsequent email exchanges with Mike in sales, I noted the dealer adds some extraordinarily high margin accessories (mostly unwanted) to the vehicle. After some back and forth negotiations, we agreed on a Highlander vehicle price and trade-in value for the Lexus. Now, I'm completely satisfied with the entire deal. Highly recommended for service and sales! More

Jack has always be professional and straight forward in all our transactions. I am a mom with 2 active athletic kids. He strives hard to get me into exactly what I need that will suit me and my family. I traded my 2010 Highlander for a new 2015 Highlander. He called me 2 days later to see if I had any questions about my new car. I actually did and he was able to explain it to me over the phone. He has always been a friendly face when I bring my vehicles in for service and never to busy to check on my continued satisfaction with my vehicle even 93k miles later. This is one of the two biggest purchases I will make, he has always been honest with me. I don't look anywhere else for a new vehicle. I know I wont find anyone like Jack Peck anywhere else. Thank you Jack for always being honest, friendly and professional with all 4 of my purchases. More

This was my second purchase from Wesley Chapel Toyota, and they will have my business for many years to come. From the moment I came in a scheduled Service appointment, to the moment I walked out with my new vehicle, my experience was awesome. My salesman, Mike Rockaway was very patient and personable. He actually listened to what I wanted, and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted without all the pressure and pushiness some salesman possess. I am very happy with my purchase, Wesley Chapel Toyota has the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a dealership. They have definitely renewed my faith that true customer service does still exist!! More
