After visiting several other Toyota dealerships from Gloucester to Hampton, we ended the journey with Alison at Hall Toyota. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of the inventory as well as the buying process. Although it does take several hours to buy a new vehicle, she was very accommodating and professional while keeping the whole experience enjoyable. A special Thank You is also deserved to Mike in Finance; the first decent experience we've ever had with that part of the process too! AQ long way from Yorktown, but worth the trip; we'll be back next time More
