I had a great experience with everyone. They were all kind and explained the whole process. My vehicle needed some work prior to the purchase. Everything was looked over and fixed. My only complaint was that the detail of the interior of vehicle was not up to par. There were stains on the ceiling as well as some sticky substance in the arm rest compartment and cup holders. More
