Our experience at Diehl Ford was very satisfying from the moment we entered the dealership up to and even after we left the lot. Mr. John Quimby whom we met upon arriving was very helpful in finding the righ moment we entered the dealership up to and even after we left the lot. Mr. John Quimby whom we met upon arriving was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for us. He ensured that he fully understood our needs by asking us what we were looking for as far as new or used, vehicle type, if we preferred a particular model and what we were interested in as far as amenities in a vehicle. We never felt pressured at any time and in fact we felt that we had all the time in the world to make a decision. We came in on a whim, not really thinking that we would be approved for a vehicle, in order to see if we could get in a new vehicle for less than we were paying on our two vehicles combined. After trading in both vehicles and recieving a more than fair offer on them, they made it happen. We are now in a new 2014 Ford Escape at a very reasonable price. Mr. Ed Mcman was key in making this happen. Mr. Mike Diehl personally met with us as well. At the end, Mr. Emil Vinberg through hard work and a determination through his masterful financial professionalism secured a deal for us that pleasantly surprised us. We felt that the whole Ford team was not a team but a family, a family that makes you also feel like part of the family! We were so taken by the professionalism and just plain caring about us that we have no doubt we will be lifelong loyal customers. Thank you Diehl Ford! More

My wife and I wanted to buy a hybrid Ford Fusion after reading reviews in Consumer Reports magazine. We contacted Tom Welmers at Diehl Ford and shred with him the options we were looking for. At the time, they did not have a vehicle in their inventory that had the options we wanted. A few days later, I received a text message from Tom indicating the dealership had just gotten in a vehicle that he though would meet our requests. My wife and I went to the dealership after work and took a test drive of the vehicle and were very impressed. Tom was very helpful in answering our questions and pointing out features of the car. We were not that familiar with the hybrid technology so he did a great job of helping us understand it. When we finally agreed to purchase this car, it was nearly closing time for the dealership. Tom and Emil stayed and completed all the necessary paperwork. Mike Diehl himself came and spent time chatting with us while the paperwork was being completed. They stayed with us after hours to complete the transaction. We got a fair price for our trade in, a fair price for the new car, and Emil was successful in getting us great financing. In summary, we were very pleased with the whole experience. We got a beautiful vehicle and the Diehl Ford sales team made us feel very special. More

4 Years ago we had a really bad experience with the service department. We needed to buy a truck, wanted a Ford and were hesitant about going to Diehl for the purchase. They had a great deal advertised on their website so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received from the sales team. It was one of the best experiences buying a vehicle that we have ever experienced. NO pressure, just information along with working to give us the best deal possible. Mike Diehl and his sales staff completely turned our original opinion of the store around 180 degrees. More

Outstanding sales, finance, and service team is why I buy so many cars from Diehl Ford. The dealership goes out of it's way to make sure all my questions are answered and works with me to arrange test drives so many cars from Diehl Ford. Mike Diehl was so helpful. I had shipped my truck out to Washington and unfortunately the trucking company messed up my trucks windows pretty bad. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Diehl Ford and I consistently have my vehicles serviced there. I continue to give my business to Diehl Ford because they have the best customer service I have and I consistently have my vehicles serviced there. I continue to give my business to Diehl Ford because they have the best customer service I have experienced from the Turrell's (Ed and Jason) in service. Mike Diehl and Chris Bonesteel was very helpful in getting me into the right vehicle, and Randy Larsen and Emil Vinberg helped to secure me the best deal possible. Over the years even when I have had a problem with my vehicle (which has not been that often) Diehl Ford has been right there to make sure I am well taken care of. One of the most important points, is that I never feel mislead or pressured by service to do work that is not needed on my vehicle, like I have gotten from the service departments at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Diehl Ford for great people and high integrity. More

Me, not so great customer. Chris Bonesteele, great sales guy. Mike Diehl, great owner, Jason Turrell, great service guy. I bought a brand new Focus in the spring (and yes, finally got around to the revi guy. Mike Diehl, great owner, Jason Turrell, great service guy. I bought a brand new Focus in the spring (and yes, finally got around to the review now). When I bought it, Chris and I were sure that there was everything I wanted which included USB port and cruise control. He had to get the car from somewhere else and it arrived on a Friday afternoon. I showed up, checked it out, did the paperwork and drove home. The new car sat in the driveway for the weekend. Come Monday morning, I went to get on the freeway to head to work. It's only a 30 minute commute but I was looking forward to the cruise control. I go to turn it on, can't find the button. I realize, there is no cruise. For real?!! I call Chris on his cell and tell him under no circumstances am I keeping this car. The whole point was for cruise!! In less than 12 hours, I had something to drive and then a new Focus. It was the same color and all the same features including cruise. I know what hoops they had to jump through and I appreciate that they did. I send everyone looking for a Ford to Diehl and anyone looking for a great sales guy in Bellingham to Chris. More
