Poor customer service Ihad my explorer in to get some warranty work done and to fix an issue with the sync system. Upon dropping off my vehicle i wrote on the form that the Ihad my explorer in to get some warranty work done and to fix an issue with the sync system. Upon dropping off my vehicle i wrote on the form that they were supposed to contact me if the total amount was going to exceed $100. The first time i brought it in i asked them to look at the headlight alignment also. Iwas told there wasn't anything wrong with the headlight alignment. Ok. They fixed the warranty work. Then proceed to diagnose the issue with the sync system. Iwas told that may be covered by an extended warranty. Later iwas told that the party we needed wasn't going to be covered. He told me it was about $20 for the part and it would only take an hour or less to install when we bring it back. Great. Well, we brought it back and they had it fixed and when iasked how much the total was going to be it was almost $400! But I paid $100 last time for diagnosis it was down top almost $300. When we'r went top pick up the vehicle iasked for adetailed bill. When igot it, it showed a total of 3.42 hours. Iwas told one on the phone. Iasked for amanager and Mr. Dorsch the service manager came to help. He did avery poor job at explaining the bill and why iwas told one thing and charged for way more. Even the headlight alignment was on there that didn't have anything wrong with it. He argued with me for almost an hour before finally taking off the $64 for headlight alignment. Unfortunately, they've lost acustomer with 3 Ford vehicles. Itold the manager ididn't feel like i "won" anything. Im old fashioned iguess in thinking that a dealership's word would mean what it did 50 years ago when they opened. Poor business! More

Look for another dealer I brought my F-150 into Dorsch for a re-call notice on a transmission issue (19s07) All I know is, when I dropped my truck off it drove just fine wi I brought my F-150 into Dorsch for a re-call notice on a transmission issue (19s07) All I know is, when I dropped my truck off it drove just fine with no shifting issues. Can not say the same today... feels like my transmission is going to drop out when it up shifts from 1st to 2nd and down shifts for 2nd to 1st... Dorsch Ford said there is nothing they can do... "Call Ford" this is a Ford issue, they only performed the recall notice. So I called Ford, Ford told me to call the dealership. I think they call this a "circle jerk"!!!... I had $40,000 truck that was perfectly fine.. 24 hours later, nobody would even buy it!! And Dorsch is not willing to help in any manner... They lost a customer and my chin music will sing load, clear and proud!! Stay away from Dorsch!!! If you are looking for a vehicle at the "REAL DEAL" there is reason they have a slogan.. If you do not have any honor or credibility, you need fluff along with a smoke and mirrors gimmick. Buyer be ware!!! More

Great Buying Experience I generally don't enjoy buying cars and other large items--I do my research, and I know what I want, and I want a salesperson who understands that and I generally don't enjoy buying cars and other large items--I do my research, and I know what I want, and I want a salesperson who understands that and answers my questions without pushing me to something else. Greg was absolutely fantastic to work with!! Even though my husband was with me, he talked to ME as primary buyer and didn't treat it as my husband's car, he was great with questions and information. When it was time to pick up my car and learn the new features, he was also very patient with me taking the time to play with everything. I didn't feel rushed at all, and left delighted with the entire buying experience. More

Great Experience Yesterday we went to look at the 2016 Ford Escape's. I had a 2013 Honda CRV that I loved and I never thought I would buy anything else but the Escape Yesterday we went to look at the 2016 Ford Escape's. I had a 2013 Honda CRV that I loved and I never thought I would buy anything else but the Escape had more options, was quieter and had a better ride. We worked with George Pearce and it was an EXCEPTIONAL experience! He was attentive, knew what we were looking for and didn't try to push us towards anything we didn't want. Dallas Brooks helped us with the financing and he was quick and explained everything thoroughly. Mr Dorsch also came out as we were leaving to say hi and thank us for our business. More
