But this has been a real fun and pleasant experience, everyone I meet from the receptionist, the person doing the paperwork, and other salesman were friendly people. My individual Salesman Spyros Tabone couldn't have been any more pleasant and informative. He is a great representative of the Honda product. I guess I was real lucky finding this dealership, and plan on returning when the time is right for a new automobile. Thank you Spyros and the Honda Team! More

Negotiated a fair price with Spyros Tabone in a timely manner. No pressure, just very reasonable. Thoroughly and patiently went over all the features of the vehicle with us and assured us that if any questions or problems arise, he is there for us. Mike Dunlap in finance was also most personable and efficient. Presented us with options and explained in detail the pros and cons. No pressure to upsell us--just wanted to provide what we wanted and needed. This is our second new vehicle purchase from Roush Honda and when that time comes again in the hopefully distant future, we will be returning to see Spyros at Roush Honda. More

Amazing service from start to finish! My experience at Roush Honda was top-notch from the moment I walked in (even before that if you count when I called to schedule an appointment!). Everyone was very friendly and ready and willing to cater to my needs. I only had an hour for lunch and one of the first questions my sales consultant Shawn Risner asked me was "how much time do you have today?" That really meant a lot because as a busy working mom, I don't have a lot of time and had been putting off the car-buying process for that reason! He asked me what I hoped to accomplish during that hour's time and he made sure we were able to do just that, all while making sure that we kept an eye on the clock so I wasn't late getting back to work. After making the decision to purchase the vehicle, Shawn was able to work around my schedule and have the car ready for pick-up. My time with the finance department was also first class. Mike Dunlap was efficient and professional. It is so great to have a dealership I can count on and trust, so close to home. If you are considering other dealerships, STOP and come to Roush (and ask for Shawn!). You won't be disappointed. More

Everyone--the receptionists, sales people, and finance people--were extremely pleasant and professional. Shawn took a lot of time with me, and I feel like he and John Newton treated me very fairly.
