2018 Ram 2500 service Professional, polite and fast service. Presented staff with a couple concerns that I had which were not part of my scheduled maintenance. No follow up service provided Buying experience with Steve was decent. Answered all questions. Was told that as a 1 year old used vehicle, it came with some extended warranties, in Buying experience with Steve was decent. Answered all questions. Was told that as a 1 year old used vehicle, it came with some extended warranties, including paint and fabric protection. There was an issue with some rust on the hood as well as some small dings. Also had some white residue on seats that needed to be cleaned. Was told that the warranty work had to be submitted to Chrysler upon delivery and that the repair could take 4 to 6 weeks for approval. Upon delivery, pictures were taken to be submitted to Chrysler and I was told extended warranty info would be mailed to me. I started contacting Steve the last week of June and was told he would look into warranty repairs and the info that had still not been mailed. After a few more emails, including one where I copied the dealer principle, I still had no updates, I contacted Mike on August 4th, in service to inquire. Mike responded promptly, that my van was in line to be repaired, but they have one bay, and are way behind. I still have received no warranty paperwork in the mail, nor received any updates on my service date. So I wait..... More

Stuck between oakville and Port Colborne Was travelling from Oakville to Port Colborne. My Jeep broke down out front of Grimsby Chrysler. Service Manager Mike Fox immediately took my jeep in Was travelling from Oakville to Port Colborne. My Jeep broke down out front of Grimsby Chrysler. Service Manager Mike Fox immediately took my jeep in and began to troubleshoot the issue. He arranged a rental car for me with Enterprise (also great experiance) Mike and the service Tec had my jeep repaired and returned to me in one day. Saved the Day! We arrived at Grimsby Chrysler Dodge before it opened, without an appointment and with an emergency. While hauling horses to the U.S. our Dodge 3500 We arrived at Grimsby Chrysler Dodge before it opened, without an appointment and with an emergency. While hauling horses to the U.S. our Dodge 3500 started having engine troubles in Grimsby and needed immediate attention. Despite our messing up their busy service schedule, Jeff and the service team squeezed us in, took great care of us, and got us back on the road safely. It was quite an adventure unloading our trailer, horses and hay in the dealership parking lot. We owe Jeff and all of the service team and big thank you!! More

Found and repaired the issue. I had warranty work done at another dealership and after the work was completed there was noise coming from the same area the warranty work had been d I had warranty work done at another dealership and after the work was completed there was noise coming from the same area the warranty work had been done. After bringing it back twice and getting told two different stories, I brought my Jeep to Grimsby Chrysler. They were able to properly diagnose the issue and repair it. They let me know that the other dealership's tech had ruined a part on my vehicle while taking it off for the warranty work. With the information Grimsby's Mike Fox shared with me, I was able to go back to Unique and have them cover the cost of the repair. ($490.00) I highly recommend Mike Fox and tech Tyler. They understood my frustration and were open and honest in the diagnosis and repair. More
