I want to start off by speaking on just the professionalism of the service department. Mike heard all of my concerns. Being that I was a little overwhelmed. Handled a tough situation in what fe professionalism of the service department. Mike heard all of my concerns. Being that I was a little overwhelmed. Handled a tough situation in what felt like minutes. Thank god to the service staff for not just fixing my vehicle. But for the responsiveness, the respect, and the determination to help and solve the problem at the source. The mechanics even did a thorough inspection on my car to make sure it was completely safe. Mike Goldsztajn was awesome. Our vehicle would not start and we needed it repaired as fast as possible. He was able to identify the issue with his team and got us our vehicle back within a day. He really made us happy to have our vehicle go there with no hidden fees or outlandish cost. Friendly, professional staff modern, well kept, clean facility; snacks, refreshments and other amenities in the service department area. I brought my new truck in for a second look at the radio/informati facility; snacks, refreshments and other amenities in the service department area. I brought my new truck in for a second look at the radio/information center system. I would not work properly (no audio, except for hissing and crackling out the speakers) when started on several occasions. I left it for trouble shooting. They identified the problem to be a defective amplifier. It was replaced and works fine so far. Great friendly service dedicated to finding and fixing problems. Thank you to the entire service department! More

Work was done well but not in a timely manner. I had an appointment for Friday and when I came in Saturday morning, my service was still incomplete with no timeline as to when the work would be c I had an appointment for Friday and when I came in Saturday morning, my service was still incomplete with no timeline as to when the work would be completed. Unfortunately, my family had a trip planned out of town and were told we needed to be back by 3 p.m. to retrieve our vehicle. Not the plan we had dreamed of but it was the situation we were placed in. More
