Time for state inspection It was time for inspection and the "check engine" light was on. The diagnostics showed a vacuum leak and I wanted to get the inspection so I told Lou It was time for inspection and the "check engine" light was on. The diagnostics showed a vacuum leak and I wanted to get the inspection so I told Lou to have it fixed. The car had recently had a new gas tank installed. (a Ford recall) After the "smoke test", the Quick Lane techs referred the vehicle to the regular service department. They discovered the leak was a result of some fittings that were not properly tightened when the new tank was installed. I was expecting there to be a bill of some kind. To my astonishment, I was told there would be no charge for the repair. I spoke to Mike and Lou and they both were very polite and professional. I've had both my Ford vehicles in to Quick Lane and have been very pleased with how the service was completed and the fair pricing. More

Another poor experience at the Service Center The first time I used the Quick Lane service center I was given a hard time about getting an oil change because I arrived about 45 minutes before clos The first time I used the Quick Lane service center I was given a hard time about getting an oil change because I arrived about 45 minutes before closing. I was told that they usually don't let anyone get an oil change if they come later than an hour before closing. There is nothing on the website or anywhere that states that at all. Then this time I was told that I couldn't use a coupon for an oil change because the service hadn't been written up as a tire rotation. I have no idea what that means or why it meant I couldn't use the coupon, but I couldn't. I HATE using Quick Lane. More

Courteous and friendly customer service. I enjoy servicing my vehicle at Gervais Ford because of their attentive staff. They take the time to thoroughly explain the service that is being per I enjoy servicing my vehicle at Gervais Ford because of their attentive staff. They take the time to thoroughly explain the service that is being performed on your vehicle. They only one issue I have is with Quick Lane. I realize it can be very busy at times, however it is frustrating when an oil change can take up to 2 hrs wait time. Not sure if this is an issue with the dealership itself, or the Ford Quick Lane program. I don t expect to be in and out in record time, I just feel a couple of hrs or so is way too long for basic service work. Other than that, it is always a great experience. More

Careless work that took too long Took longer than it ever has to get an oil change. Once I finally got back in my car and turned it on, my check engine light was on. Had other things to get done so went to leave anyways, until I was pulling out and the car was vibrating and brakes were not working properly that I almost was in an accident. Turned around to go back, turns out the tech left something loose or unplugged, which "happens every time" I was told. Thank gosh I wasn't in an accident! I would have definitely taken it to court. Also, asked for my tires to be filled and that was not done, but yet they were rotated. More
