Had a problem with my car, and my self being 90 years old and my significant other being 94 years old, it is a chore bringing my vehicle in. I happen to live in the same neighborhood as Craig DiBella, the Ge and my significant other being 94 years old, it is a chore bringing my vehicle in. I happen to live in the same neighborhood as Craig DiBella, the General Manager, and he and the service department went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they pick the vehicle up from my house, but when it was finished, they brought it back to me. Mr. DiBella even came back the next day to pick our check up to pay them. I could not ask for a better service. Thank you again for all you did. More

Had a terrible experience in the service department. My advisor was Joe. First he tried to sell me a wheel alignment I did not need. Then he failed to honor my GM service agreement. I left with a bill f My advisor was Joe. First he tried to sell me a wheel alignment I did not need. Then he failed to honor my GM service agreement. I left with a bill for over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. He told me I had to take it up with the GM dealer I bought the car from. I have a 2021 Buick Envision with 13,000 miles. Just moved to Toms River. I will never return to Lester Glenn Buick. The worst customer experience I have ever had at a GM car dealership. More
