I reviewed the finance paperwork with Mike Hill. Mike explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Vince, the sales manager, went above and beyond in ensuring that my experience at Jim Hudson was excellent. Danil Weih was my service advisor He was amazing! Gave me a loaner to use for my Service appointment. He said it would be about three hours until the car was finished. He kept me updated. Even had those mechanic send a video of my car in the shop while he worked on it. I truly amazing experience! I almost can’t wait to take my car back for the next service appointment. Highly recommended. I see why Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia is the highest rated dealership in the nation. Not an easy task, but they do it with these. More
