The process to finance my brand new Camaro 2LT RS Coupe was seamless. I provided the necessary STIPs and worked directly with Mike H. He made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know before leaving the lot. He was willing to stay to get the deal done. Eric G. is by far one of the best Business Finance Managers in Florida! He’s knowledgeable and made me feel at home. Ramona B. called me the next day after my purchase even though I have not met her directly. She worked with my husband. Her joyful personality and questions about my purchase were on the spot! We will continue to do business with this dealership in the future. More

Michael Hinton’s customer service is quite possibly the most horrendous service I have ever experienced. Upon calling with an inquiry regarding a recent sale (several flaws were discovered that were touche most horrendous service I have ever experienced. Upon calling with an inquiry regarding a recent sale (several flaws were discovered that were touched up but not disclosed prior to selling the car), Michael proceeded to interrupt, talk over, and get extremely hostile, a surprising response since I was polite from the moment he answered the phone. Michael refused to listen to anything I had to say, went as far as berating me, before I asked to speak to a manager as I was not going to accept being spoken to in this manner. His response was “I can’t transfer you so you will just have to go ahead and call back” after which he hung up on me. I have never left a negative review before but this had to be documented somewhere somehow. I cannot believe that a business would employ someone who speaks to human beings, much less customers, the way he does. If you visit this dealership, I strongly suggest seeking out another sales person. More

Disappointed in the amount of time to take delivery of our new SS. We scheduled a time for first thing the morning and it took about 5hrs!! Car had to be detailed 3 times. Parts were missing, still are mi our new SS. We scheduled a time for first thing the morning and it took about 5hrs!! Car had to be detailed 3 times.
