About eighty percent of the process was handled through text message, which worked perfectly for me because I am extremely busy and often juggling multiple things at once. Kaitlyn understood that immediately and stayed engaged, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. By the time I arrived at the dealership, most of the preliminary details had already been handled. The Corolla Cross was parked out front and ready to go.
