Awful experience from buying it to trying to get something fixed. NEVER PAID OFF MY TRADE IN AND WILL NOT REFUND ME THE MONEY they never paid the car off till a month later. The sales representative was kind and helpful however the dealership as a whole is awful. I bought a brand new 2023 Jeep after buying it I experienced a few issues the service department ruined my interior a dealership as a whole is awful. I bought a brand new 2023 Jeep after buying it I experienced a few issues the service department ruined my interior and exterior and has still yet to ever provide a solution. After purchasing my vehicle on 3 different occasions i was asked to continue to sign paperwork and return to the dealership on behalf of them continuing to make errors and change things without my knowledge. I will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone nothing but unprofessional and inconvenient. More
