I came in to buy a vehicle I was leasing. I waited for over 2 hours for the finance folks to see me. Salesperson was nice but finance manager was quite rude. He barely spoke to me when I fina I waited for over 2 hours for the finance folks to see me. Salesperson was nice but finance manager was quite rude. He barely spoke to me when I finally saw him, didn't explain what he doing or the process, and was rude to his employees. Not a pleasant experience. I would not come back to this dealership to purchase a car. More

My biggest complaint was about the handoff process. We filled out all of our documents online, had terms, everything but when we got to the show room everything had to be redone. I was clear with the online agent that I would be on my lunch hour but that didn’t seem to make a difference. Was still there more than two hours just trying to sign a lease. Also the online agent had run my credit for credit application but the dealership ran it too so I now have multiple hits on my credit report. Other than that it was a positive experience. The salesman and finance person were both personable and pleasant. More
