Great service experience Mike Liggins does a fantastic job. We have had our VW Jetta for 13 years and every time we take it in for service Mike knocks it out of the park. Great Customer Service I can't express how grateful I am for the guys at Casey VW!! I was leaving work for the night when I noticed my head light had gone out. I was right I can't express how grateful I am for the guys at Casey VW!! I was leaving work for the night when I noticed my head light had gone out. I was right down the street from Casey VW, so I gave Mike Liggins a call. It was almost closing time for them, but he still said bring it by. They switched out my burnt out headlight, and I was headed home within 10 min!! Thank you guys, you have no idea how much that meant to me! More

Volkswagen Serivice I adore all the guys in the Casey Volkswagen service dept. They are always so nice, and every one of them is always so willing to help. They always answer my questions in terminology I can understand, and never push me on services I don't need. Big shout out to Mike for always making time to fit me in on last minute notice! Attentive and knowledgeable service Having purchased a diesel VW Beetle (that I love!) right before the recall and issues, I was very concerned about my options initially... however, the Having purchased a diesel VW Beetle (that I love!) right before the recall and issues, I was very concerned about my options initially... however, the continued attentive service that I receive from Mike Liggins has helped in easing some of those concerns. I appreciate his attentiveness to the care of my car, as well as to ensuring that I'm understanding what is being done, what's up next, and how to best plan for upcoming services. While I don't love the trip from Williamsburg, I know that I'm getting quality service and consistent customer service so that makes the drive worth it :-). Thanks! More

10,000 Mile Service I have always been pleased with the service at Casey Volkswagen. I have purchased two cars from them (the first was rear-ended and totaled after just I have always been pleased with the service at Casey Volkswagen. I have purchased two cars from them (the first was rear-ended and totaled after just a year) and couldn't be more pleased with the process and the Passat which I love! Service on the car couldn't be easier and stress free. Mike Liggins ensures that you are taken care of and answers any questions you may have. Car was ready when they said it would be and had been washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend this dealership! More
