We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe on the Tuesday and came back on Friday and bought a Hyundai ELANTRA. We usually hate going to dealerships, but this experience with Jordan and Mike was not stressful. We didn’t feel pressured and we felt like we had a good deal when we left the dealership. We would definitely go back. More

I live in Newtown and originally went to the Danbury Hyundai dealership, looking for a new car. The saleswoman I dealt with there was okay, but Rudolpho, the finance guy, was condescending, deceitful (a Hyundai dealership, looking for a new car. The saleswoman I dealt with there was okay, but Rudolpho, the finance guy, was condescending, deceitful (adding an expensive warranty--on a new car!--that he never asked me about), and disrespectful. I walked out. The next day, I drove 40 minutes to Torrington Hyundai after speaking with the salesguy, Steve Smith, who was lovely and patient on the phone. He had the car I saw on their website waiting for me when I got there. No baloney. I took it for a test drive, and then I met with Mike Lovallo, the finance person. All was above board. I definitely recommend them--and I'm glad I bought my new Hyundai there! More
