"A Winning Team" I have been a loyal Toyota owner since 1990. I am proud to say, I have just purchased my 8th Toyota. The last 3 have been from Internet Sales curren I have been a loyal Toyota owner since 1990. I am proud to say, I have just purchased my 8th Toyota. The last 3 have been from Internet Sales currently led by Ted Piper. I have been described as a bit of a collector of the unique limited edition vehicles. DWT has been instrumental in catering to my needs, latest acquisition being a 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro. I cannot thank Oswaldo Hernandez enough for his dedication in making my purchase a stress-free experience at least for me. From my initial request to final delivery "Oz" constantly kept me updated on the progress of my order. I can be very demanding at times but, Oswaldo was always there for me. Ted Piper, Oswaldo Hernandez in Sales, Sam Upton in Finance, Sarah Kilby in Customer Relations, Mike McDermott in Service and Alberto Martinez in Parts are all professionals dedicated to making the customer experience a positive one. The Toyota brand along with this "winning team" is why I keep returning. I sincerely hope these comments will help recognize these individuals and this dealership for their achievements. More

Great Car buying and service. I bought a new toyota corolla last week. This time is one of the few times that I did not feel bullied by a Car Sales person. Greg Smith is so great I bought a new toyota corolla last week. This time is one of the few times that I did not feel bullied by a Car Sales person. Greg Smith is so great and wonderful to work with. Mike McDermott has been taking care of my family's vehicle service needs. He is most honest, caring and respectful to work with. We only ask for him when we need to get our cars serviced. More

Your pricing was much more reasonable ,so i made an appointment and sat down with your service rep. His recommendations for things i hadn't considered will undoubtedly saved me a ton of unnecessary labor cost down the road. That's not even the best part ! for only $20 more than the other outfit , not only did get my timing belt replaced, i also got a new water pump installed, the crank shaft & both cam shaft seals replaced and a new serpentine drive belt . great service rep You're my guys now More

The keys were dropped in the night slot and the following morning bright and early, 7:00am, Mike called to asked what had occurred. I explained what happened and by 8:30 i had received a call back explaining what needed to be fixed. The part (alternator)was stock, gave me the quote and said he would call when it was done. I got a call at 1:00 that the repair was done. Yippee... Being from out of town and having your vehicle break down can ruin your vacation,but not this time. Everybody at Fletcher Jones Toyota was GREAT from Mike to the Cashier. More
