I took my sprinter in for an emissions recall ,They performed the recall and upon driving it home I felt it had less power than before, We took it on our annual trip to Coos Bay and it could only go 40 performed the recall and upon driving it home I felt it had less power than before, We took it on our annual trip to Coos Bay and it could only go 40 over summits it used to go over at 60, but no check engine light, Finally I connected a code reader and discovered that it had a code for mass airflow sensor and the engine was making 0 boost, Now I must make an appointment 100 miles away delivering motorhome drive back home and then return when they get around to hopefully fixing it, It only had 16.000 miles, More

Greg is the worst ambassador for Mercedes. To tell one of our employees that if we didn't like the repair cost "take it somewhere else " WOW. We will never buy another Mercedes after our experience. The vehicle needed a 50-cent part but instead needs a $4500 turbo replacement because you can't buy the part. The vehicle only has just over a 100 thousand miles and is religiously maintained. The last repair that was covered (Just) was a $6500 cam tensioner. Having bought many Mercedes and all of them having multiple recalls and issues we will now buy Chevrolet. Sorry to say you lost our business. Oh, Mike thanks for not reaching out to us as requested by Mercedes. More
